1. Booking
All bookings are confirmed by WhatsApp. A booking is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation message from us.
2. Fixed Prices
All prices are fixed and agreed before the journey. No meter, no hidden charges.
3. Cancellation
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup. Late cancellations (under 24 hours) may incur a 50% fee. No-shows are charged in full.
4. Waiting Time
We include 30 minutes of free waiting time for airport pickups. Additional waiting time is charged at a flat rate agreed in advance.
5. Flight Delays
We track your flight in real time. If your flight is delayed, your driver will adjust pickup at no extra charge.
6. Luggage
Standard luggage is included. Please inform us of oversized or extra luggage at time of booking so we can assign the right vehicle.
7. Liability
Zora Taxi is not liable for delays caused by road conditions, traffic, or weather. We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle.
